Will Over Dose Of Paracetamol During Pregnancy Affect The Fetus?

hi doctor, I have had severe tooth ache for the last week. yesterday my dentist gave me a low dose of amoxicillian (250gm) for a week to clear the infection before we take it out. My dr said I was safe to have neuofen, & parocetomal (I am 17+ 3 weeks pregnant), this has stopped working, so i ve asked the doctor for something stronger as I wasn t happy about taking the neuofen. My question is, i ve had 16 of those in 48 hours. what if any harm will I possibly have done to my unborn child? Will any heart murmers be picked up at the 20 week scan? Thanks.

paracetamol is safe in pregnancy, obviously avoid overdose. usg scan particularly fetal echocardiography can pick up any fetal heart abnormalities. 16 in 48 hrs is too much. it can harm your body . for fetal abnormality go for 3D scan.
