Will My Eyelashes Grow Again After The Removal Of Chalazion?

I had a chalazion removed from my upper eyelid about three weeks ago- there is still a small white bump left at the base of my eyelashes that feels like a piece of sand under my skin, and the eyelashes at that location have fallen out. It it not that noticeable, and looks much better than it did before the removal, but I am wondering if my eyelashes might be able to grow back once the chalazion is completely gone.

Hello
Chalazion is because of chronic inflammation of the meibomian glands.
Eye lash follicles stay at the eye lid margin whereas meibomian glands are situated away from the eye lid margin in tvectarsal plate.
Hence chalazion will not affect or involve the eye ladhrd.
Hence no need to worry thr eye lashe will grow back

Thank you
