Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Anticardiolipin antibody is considered positive when the values are more than 20 MPL units. In this condition, heparin injection is required in pregnancy. Heparin injection is completely safe for the fetus and causes no adverse effect on it.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
