Hello dear
Understand your concern
Gynecosoide does not for abortion of fetus. It is used for induced bleeding in the secondary amenorrhea in the absence of pregnancy.
For abortion, you have to use mifepristone plus misoprostol tablet under the supervision of gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan.
Do not try this abortion pill at home as it cause serious complication like excessive bleeding, failure of abortion and abnormal development of pregnancy. 600 mg mifepristone should be followed by 800 ug misoprostol vaginally by gynecologist after 48 hour. Some time extra dose may be needed to induce abortion.
Post abortion USG should be done at 14th days if abortion process started normally to confirm complete process of abortion.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
