As per your complain it seems that there might be perforation in the ear drum secondary to ear infection and it is leading to loss of hearing.. The medications advised to you that are Cortimax that is a steroid and Nerokind plus that is a vitamin B complex are suitable to be taken as they will cause some serious side effects is not always necessary and you can very much take these medicines.. In case if there is pain you can take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen.. You should also be advised a course of antibiotics to relieve infection in ear.. Antibiotic ear drops can help in relieving.. You should also avoid excess exposure of ear to water like during swimming as well as avoid picking the ears..
