Will Cortisone Shots Suffice To Cure Constant Pain In Shoulders And Forearm?
I have constant pain from shoulder down to my forarm. I have no medical insurance so have been getting cortizone shots. it has never been diagnosed, but without the shots the the pain has become unbearable. It is in both arms, and ranges from sharp pains to a dull ache.

Cortisone can be helpfull in frozen shoulder and tenis elbow. It will be better if proper dianosis is done.Do not go for self medication. Physiotherapy option are also available.
