Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

From your notes it appears that you are having coccydynia.
It is not related to the abortion process.
It can occur due to injury to back, poor posture and by activities like excessive cycling etc.
Sometimes there is no apparent cause.
Please consult GP/ Orthopedic surgeon. Once the diagnosis is confirmed you will be prescribed pain killers for few days to week. Pain usually resolves in few weeks time.

I hope this is helpful.
