Will Change In TSH Level Have Any Effect On The Foetus?

SIR, MY WIFE IS HAVING PREGNANCY. BEFORE PREGNANCY HER TSH WAS MAINTAINED AT 2.5. AT 7 WEEKS 4 DAYS HER TSH WAS DISCOVERED TO BE 8.9 and FT4 0.99 (0.78-2.19). SHE WAS ON 75MCG OF THYROX. NOW ITS CHANGED TO 100/125MCG ALTERNATE DAYS. WILL IT HAVE ANY EFFECT ON FETUS?
