Will Belly Button Infection Affect Unborn Baby?

hi im 23 wks pregnant i used to have my belly button pierced but took it out a long time ago and it healed up but i just recently found a black bit inside the top hole and it is attacked to my skin could it be infected and will it hurt my unborn child .

Local infections cannot affect your baby till it is confined.
Black material can be from dead and shed cells with dirt which gets accumulated in the umbilicus.
Please visit a doctor if there is any pain,redness, discharge from it.
