Will Abdominal Pain And Cough Due To Using Amoxycillin For Adult Tonsilitis Go Away ?
Hi I've recently just been in and out of the ER due to a high fever of 103.5 and my diagnosis was Adult Tonsillitis and my main concern is I've been on Amoxicillin for the past 3 days recently I just started experiencing abdominal pain and a minor cough. Is this normal and if so how long does this usually take to run its course? Also how long does it take before the Amoxicillin starts kicking in?
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern abdominal pain is the common side effects of Amoxicillin and this will go away one the course of this medicine overs, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps you, have a good day.
