Will A Gap After An Episiotomy Procedure Eventually Heal Itself?

Hello. I had an episiotomy two weeks ago. So far healing has been great. I have no pain and my bleeding has reduced to spotting. Since my recovery had been going so well, I decided to take a look to see how things were moving along. I noticed that towards the end of my stitches there was a small gap. I was wondering if this normal and if it will eventually close up or if I will need to be re stitched. Thank you in advance for your time.
