Hello
Zirgan is ganciclovir and it is used for treatment of viral keratitis.
Hence it seems from the history that you are having recurrent keratitis probably viral in etiology.
The recurrent attacks of viral keratitis leading to swelling and pain require oral antivirals like acyclovir and they are effective in preventing recurrent attacks of viral keratitis.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for prescription of the drug.

Thank you
