Will I Regain Hearing Power Lost Due To Damaged Ear Drum After Trypanoplasty?

Hi, i m 21 year old, i have severe problem of ear drum damage of both ears. Due to which my hearing power is lossing surgens suggest me trympanoplasty. but my question is that, after operation, my hearing power recover without any negative effect. plzzzzzzzzzzz answer me fast.
