Wildly Fluctuating Blood Sugar Levels. Have Mitral Valve Prolapse, Fibromyalgia. Is Immidiate Treatment Required?

I m 45, female, obese, mitral valve prolapse, type 2 diabetes, fibromyalgia . My blood pressure is running 160s/60s the last several days and I ve had wildly fluctuation blood sugars (use metformin and victoza)--lows in the 50s several times a day, highs over 200, not apparently tied to meals or medication--no change in diet, careful balance when getting glucose back up). Is this something I need to seek treatment for within the next couple days or will my regular follow up in two months be adequate? I m waiting test results on my insulin levels--I had an elevated insulin level one year ago, and lows are a normal experience. The highs are unusual since I got my high blood sugars under control last year.

Dear sir

Wide fluctuating blood Sugars uSually occurs in brittle diabetes. It is a new term coined where there will be huge swings in blood sugars from 60 to 300 mg/dl

Fibromyalgia USually occurs as Side effects of medicines Such as metfoRmin or statins.

BRittle diabetes needs tReatment by basal and bolus insulin therapy.some times it is essential to start early basal insulin.

Thanks
