SIR,MY WIFE IS HAVING SUGAR LEVEL OG 158 PRE AND 350 POST LUNCH AND SHE GOT DELIVERY ON 24/5/13 BY OPERATION AND IT WAS SEVEN MONTHS DEL,AT THAT TIME SHE WAS HAVING HIGH BP N SUGAR AND NOEW D BP IS 90 BY 130 KINDLY HELP ME FOR BP SHE TAKES NICARDIA RETARD 25MG<MINIPRES 2.5MG,BUT FOR SUGAR DR TOLD IT WILL CM DOWN IS MEDICATION REQ.

Hi,
Many a time blood sugar increases during pregnancy and afterwards gradually it becomes normal.
cut down sugar, sweets and carbohydrates in diet.
Do some physical exercise.
After one moth go for blood sugar testing fasting and post lunch.
after report consult your doctor and take advice.
