It is clearly typhoid
, cause anything more than 1:80 in typhi O and 1:120 in typhi H can be diagnosed as typhoid.
In a normal individual typhoid causing bacteria (SALMONELLA TYPHI
) may present, so we have to dilute the blood.
FOR TYPHI O-If after more than 80 times dilution (1 ml blood, >80 ml diluent) still organism present then it is diagnosed as typhoid.
FOR TYPHI H- It is >1:120
so you clearly have typhoid.
