Why Was My Home Pregnancy Test Negative But My Blood Test Positive?

Hi, I am supposed to have my period a week ago but i didnt, so 2 days ago i did a test blood and the results were: Positive ( Bold) and below positive it is written ( Not Bold) Negative

I don't understand which blood test is positive, so please elaborate your question, so i can guide you in right direction. You can also upload your reports and let me know directly.
Usually pregnancy tests become positive after 30 to 35 days of last period, so in case of doubt, you can also confirm it by repeating pregnancy test.
