Hello,
Welcome to HCM
I understand your concern. As your gestational age is 8 weeks but your ultrasound report is showing a gestational sac of 6 weeks.there is a lag of two weeks in the development.

Cardiac activity usually comes around 8 weeks of pregnancy. So,i would suggest you to wait for two more weeks and repeat your ultrasound scanning once again.

This will help you to confirm the viability of the pregnancy. No need to worry as of now.

Hope you are happy with the answer.
Thank you.
