Why The Menstrual Periods Are Missing?

when i pee its your regular color but then when i go to wipe its a light brown. I havent had a period since the end of March. I ve taken a number of PT test and theu all read negative. Tofay when i wiped it had little small blood clots but still brown color. I ve been feeling sick and I ve notice a HUGE weight gain just in my stomach area!! . HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

Hello ma'am and welcome.

It clearly seems like a hormonal imbalance and so I would recommend a visit to your doctor to get your hormone levels checked. You have failed to mention your age which could also help in ruling out a few causes. I would also recommend an ultrasound of the pelvis, which should help in diagnosing/ruling out conditions like polycystic ovaries.
