Why My Son Is Having Pain In Lower Right Abdomen While Urinating?

My 10 year old son has had a pain in his lower right abdomen since last night. It does not seem to be getting worse. It mostly hurts when he is moving. He also says his stomach hurts really bad when he urinates. He is running a low grade fever that does not seem to be rising.
