General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
There is no way the facial appearance has anything to do with the warts or so.

The possible reason I can think of is the possibility of facial edema.
When you think it is fatty, it would have been edema. And with the changing time the edema settles and you find the face to be thin.
Go for the blood , urine, urea and creatinine tests done and a clinical examination done by a Doctor / MD.
This will find the reason for the symptoms you have.
and the treatment will solely be based on the findings/ diagnosis.
I find this answer helpful
