Why Is The Frequent Chest Pain And Feel Like Thumping On The Chest?
Hello, my 39 yr old husband gets hot feeling chest pain in the center of his chest.I can always see him thumping on his chest during the occasional episodes, once per day or so..he has a physically demanding job with an Arborist company, smokes, but does not drink.

If your husband is getting chest pain during physical activity and he smokes, he should see a cardiologist to be tested. He is quite young to have anything serious wrong but this would be reassurance for you.
