Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Neeri is an ayurvedic preperation for kidney stones. it might cause dyspeptic symptoms and indigestion in some people. It is better to stop neeri tablets now. You can take antacids like pantoprazole or omeprazole for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist, better to consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
