Why Is My Temple Tender To Touch Causing Headaches?

Hi, over the past 10 months or so I repeatedly get an incredibly tender to touch left temple, followed by sharp, searing pain in my head in the same area. Pain meds don't really help. I've never had a migraine before (to my knowledge) and these headaches are internal and external which seems odd.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to given history I could say that this is very chronic problem you have and this does not seems due to some pathological problem because if this was the disease of some kind then something would have come before in the form of bad result but nothing of kind happened so this would be functional problem, at the most CT of head is advisable, have a nice day.
