Why Is My Stomach Feeling Bloated With Breast Aching ?
hi im 20 yrs old and well i have been feeling extremly bloated since like the 8th and my period was two days late and lasted for almost 7 when usually 3-4 days tops. My bowel movments are normal but im still feeling extremley bloated my breast seem to be a bit achy and i feel like my stomach is soo full all the time and i thought id try cut bak on maybe eating but i still feel this way wether i eat or not any advise?

Relax these are symptoms of period called Premenstrual syndrome.Take care next time onwards to have lots of water, vitamin e capsules, exercise,avoid caffeine, fried stuffs.This should subside,
