Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
First, cancer is the last thing to think of and you should not be worried. there are several possible causes and usually this is sign of hemorrhoids, anal fissure or rectal ulceration. These are all benign issues and can be treated with local steroid creams, sitz baths and dietary changes which should include more fibre rich food, probiotics and fluids. At this point you should try with these measures and if there wont be improvement you should see proctologist for further evaluation since in some cases some more invasive methods should be utilized. Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.
