Why Is My Penis Hard Even After Ejaculation?

I'm 31 years old. A couple of months ago I started having erection without stimulation of any kind and my penis is growing and producing too much sperm. Even after the release it's still hard. i consulted a doctor and got tested. The doctor said I'm lucky and I need to release it at least four times a day. is it normal to have erection that lasts more than four hours without physical or psychological stimulation and to produce sperm 15-18ml?

erection lost more than four hours is not a normal phenomenon please consult your doctor and get scan for penile blood supply and other systemic diseases like sickle cell disease,local like peroneys disease etc.. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
