Premature ejaculation, penis does not become hard. Should I take medicine?

HI SIR I AM IN GREAT TENSION ,PLEASE GIVE ME BEST ADVICE WHENEVER I TRY TO DO SEX WITH MY WIFE,MY EJACULATION IS WITHIN 2 MIN AND PENIS IS ALSO NOT HARD,WHENEVER I WANT TO DO SEX EJACULATION IS VERY FAST AND PENIS IS NOT ALSO HARDER,WHEN I AM NOT PLANNED TO DO PENIS IS HARDER AND EJACULATION AS ALWAYS FASTER.DOES MORNING AND EVENING WALK WILL CURE IT ,OR I SHOULD TAKE MEDICINE

base on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of Erectile Dysfunction In majority of cases in absence of any organic cause it is mind related and due to anxiety.
Following measures will help to boost up your level of confidence and allay anxiety and there by improve your sexual performance,
1) Practice moderate exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 hour.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vitamins A,C,E,D.fruits and vegetables .
3) Avoid alcohol and smoking .
4)Take some anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and evaluation and advice.
You may take phospodiesterase inhibitors( Sildenafil) along with Dapoxetine Visit your family Physician to get prescription and for dosage and timing of the drugs to be taken
