hy doctor.i had fess /septoplasty /polyps / turbinectomies/ frontal trephine procedure done'since then my nose is full of thick mucous that runs down my throut to my chest.can you please tell me why this happens?is there anything i can do to remedy this situation?does it have anything to do with my diet?thank you

Hi welcome to HCM, you have developed post nasal drip after surgery. Try saline nasal drops, and if it does not work please see the surgeon that operated on you--regards
