Why Is My Child Thirsty So Much? Is That Normal? Why Is She Tired And Irritated?

Hi my 9yr old daughter is thirsty alot she drinks about 3bottles of water or more a day and naturally goes to the toilet alot, there is no diabetes in the family that I know of is this normal? She finds it hard to fall asleep & is always tired in the mornings & very irritable, she suffers from restless legs especially in class.

Hi,
Thanks for using the HCM. I am happy to address your questions, its a convenient way to stay hydrated, and if you can manage to drink three or more full bottles of water every day, you're more likely to keep your metabolism active and avoid eating when you're not hungry. The water drinkers lose an average of about 15.5 lbs. and eat about 75 to 90 fewer calories at each meal. But if she has too much she would be visiting the toilet as well even in the nights causing lack of deep sleep, causing her to be irritable and tired in the mornings. Will recommend to have restricted water intake especially in the evenings to improve her sleep quality. Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help. Thanks
