Hello and welcome to HCM,
Feeling extremely tired and excessive thirst is suggestive of diabetes mellitus.
You need to get a fasting blood glucose levels and complete hemogram done.
Excessive thirst and excessive hunger are both the symptoms of diabetes mellitus.
This is one of the possibility of many other possibilities which can be responsible for these symptoms.
consult your doctor with the reports of these tests.

Thanks and take care
