Why Is Methycobal Injection Given?

hi, i have given methycobal injection,as i am suffering with fatigue,dizziness,pain at the back head n shoulders,feeling cold n hot more than before,fibromylgia is diagnosed by my physian,my cbc s test are clear,thyroid is clear too, what is the reason for given me this injection?

Hello,

In chronic fatigue syndrome, neuropthy or myalgia cases may elevate the symptoms. Probably that's why B12 injections may be given. In case of megaloblastic anemia also it may given. Don't worry about taking it. May not cause much side effects.
