Why Is Loprin Prescribed In 6th Week Of Pregnancy?

im in 6th week of my pregnancy.. after confirmtion of my pregnancy.. my gynaecologist prescribed loprin, duphaston and folic acid.. i want to know the role of loprin in early pregnancy. here i want to mention that this is my 2nd pregnancy.. my first pregnancy ended up in week 8 in a missed abortion.
