hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Lobate is a very potent steroid cream which should never be used on the face. It can cause side effects like thinning of skin, whitish discoloration of skin, prominent blood vessels( telangiectasias) and if used for prolonged periods, can even get absorbed into the blood causing systemic side effects, what one would expect with oral steroids.
Unfortunately, these strong steroid creams are being highly misused by people to become " fair ", to get a " glow", etc.
The fairness and "glow" are infact side effects of the steroid.
Once you stop the cream, it results in burning sensation, acne like eruptions, redness, scaling and other side effects, termed as steroid induced rosacea.
Lobate - S cream contains salicylic acid in addition to the steroid component. This will cause irritation to the skin as it has a peeling action.
Please stop these creams as soon as possible.
It will cause transient redness, burning and scaling when you stop these.

You should use a broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or more and reapply every 4 hours.
At bedtime, use a good moisturiser if you experience burning / redness.

Consult a dermatologist if the steroid withdrawal symptoms persist.

Hope this helps you.
Take care.
