Why Is Subutex Used?
I have a friend that was on a suboxone prescription. From there they switched the prescription to subutex. They missed a doctors appointment and had to go on a waiting list to see the doctor for a new prescription. Since losing the prescription they have been buying them on the street to avoid withdrawals. I have several questions: Do people use subutex 54 441 to aid getting high with other drugs? What would be other reasons a person would be deinied a prescription? how long do withdrawals last?

As per my clinical experience, the Subutex is Buprinorphine and it is used for treatment and maintenance of opioid withdrawal symptoms. The reason of denial of prescription would be misuse or over dosage as early emptying of the kit before due period or else.
The duration of withdrawal of opioids last for varying period of time depending upon dosage consumed, duration, body system response to clear the metabolites and rest of the physiological parameters. If the consumption was for a shorter period and minimum to moderate dose, it lasts for around 3-4 working days. If the amount was high enough for a long period of time, it may last for months as well.
