Why Is Cipralex Dosage Increased For Treating Prolonged Depression?

Mywife suffering from depression from 4 years. At present she is taking three medicines I e Cipralex 20 mg in the morning.tb Sensival 1+2 of. 25 mg and tb Alp of .5mg as 1+1+1 daily Now another Dr. has asked to increase Cipralex dose from 20mg. to30mg. to improve the present condion. Should we do so ?

hi..i dont think cipralex have 30 mg tablet..
so u have to take 1 and 1/2 together.
but before it if symptoms are in control no need to increase dose.
my advise to consult psychiatrist before increase dosage...
