Why I Am Getting Repeated UTI?

I am a 22 year old female who weights 105lbs and has been treated twice for a UTI in the span of four months. I first was given ciproflaxcin which cured it for at least 2 months. I began feeling the symptoms again and decided to postpone visiting a doctor because I didn't want to be on antibiotics once again. I treated myself with home remedies. I began taking cranberry pills, drank plenty of water, always wiped myself from front to back. The symptoms decreased but once I got very ill with the flu and visited the ER the doctor reasured me that besides the common flu I also had a very high white cell blood count in my urine. I thought I had cured myself with the cranberry pills but clearly it only helped decrease some of the symptoms. The doctor then perscribed me another antibiotic called Amox clav. I forgot to mention to him that my body was resistant to any antibiotic in the pencillin family. I drank all the antibiotics and I honestly don't think they killed all the bacteria because until today I still feel like crap. I have slight body aches and my lower back hurts. The other night I nearly urinated on myself because the urge was so strong that I couldn't hold it. I don't know what I should do about my reacurring uti's. I would appreciate any advice.
