Why Having Vaginal Bleeding After Drinking Anything Sweet? No Issue After Drinking Water

I have been having some vaginal bleeding after drinking coke cola and also after drinking anything sweet like tea, lemonade, grape juice, apple juice. I also noticed when I ate some grape preserves, the bleeding from my vagina resembled the preserves. When I drink water I don t have these issues.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The reddish discharge from the vagina may be related to the added colors and preservatives in the things that you are consuming. This is not likely to be due to any bleeding. In case it is a bleeding then the cause needs to be investigated.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
