January 1st, I started with severe diarrhea with cramps and bloating, this stopped after 2-3 days, now I am somewhat constipated and am eating a bland diet. Two nights now, after dinner I experience bloating, an achey, hungry type of pain in upper abdomen, nausea, with slight relief after a bowel movement, also I am feeling hot and flushed, face and chest are red.
