Why Have I Not Conceived After IUI ?

Hello Doctor! Im 28 years old female. I have been done with IUI 22 days back (it is 39th day from my last month period). I tested with Preganancy urine test kit, but got Negative result(I have no special symptoms for preganancy). I heard that Preganancy test kit is not giving accurate result all the time, so may I get it tested at Lab? dose Naturogest tablet-vaginal usage affects the result? or I have to wait for some more days? if so, How many days? The pregancy kit is accurate most of the times.it detects hCG in the urine that is generated during pregancy. if you still have a doubt you can repeat the test again. If its still negative with different kits it probably is accurate. If still doubtful you can visit your obstetrician who will suggest test in lab for hCG and may be a scan but later.

hi welcome to health care magic.firstly which kind of periods you have means regular or irregular? it may be possible pregnancy test result may be false negative ,you may clear your doubt by testing in laboratory.or you may concern your gynec first.
