Why has the swelling not gone yet after spraining my leg while doing yoga ?

Hello there
Welcome to HealhcareMagic. From what you have mentioned, having pain with swelling, then there are possibilities of having a fracture, but if X ray was normal, then it could be a hairline fracture, which again needs rest and a splint, if required. Again it could be only a soft tissue injury or a ligament tear, which needs rest and takes sometime to heal. But I would suggest you not continue yoga till perfectly well.Take care.
