Why Has My Breast Swollen With White Milky Discharge In It ?

Hi there, I am a 22 year old female who in the last year has had so many symptoms for various things from anemia to IBS. I am getting really fed up with it all I m exhausted all the time depressed and now my left breast is swollen tender and leaking a white milky substance. I am not sure what it is. How can I feel better Concerned C
