Why Does One Crave For Food?

My fiance at the beginning of the month got a 2 day light period and then since then she had food cravings, breast sore, getting sick, tired, using the washroom alot. She told a test last week and it had a faint positive line, and then after that she took a test the following morning and it waqs negative. Tonight she took a 2 tests and they where both negative. The MIU for the test is 100. Can you help me out?

If there is discrepancy among the urine pregnancy tests performed, then I suggest her to get a blood beta hCG levels done to confirm the diagnosis and detect any pregnancy, if present.
Further management should be done accordingly.
