When I get up I feel dizzy and loose vision. (Sometimes). I had a heart murmur but u had surgery to close it.
Hello, I have gone through the query and understood your concern. Your symptoms suggest that you perhaps had a vaso-vagal syncope. Causes could be stress after the intercourse given your history of cardiac surgery, shock due to rupture of the hymen, observation of the blood may have triggered the attack etc. Since you have experienced chest pain that was really bad, I would ask you to see your specialist right away for a proper evaluation of the cardiac function and counsel you regarding the risks if any, of sexual intercourse in your state. Hope this helps.
