A simple accident on play ground ,causing a painful condition makes one surprised/tense. that is but natural. I understand your concern.
Though you are cleaning the wound with savalon all these days, there is all the poosebility,that wound is not healing . This is due to infection by bacterias in ground dust.
If there is localization of infection,abscess/pus formation results. But there is possibility that the organisms invade surrounding skin & cause inflammation of skin& sub cutaneous tissue.This is called 'cellulitis' The skin here is red,warm,painful,sensitive to touch.
you seem to have cellulitis following the accident.
You do need to keep the wound clean,but with minimum handling/pressure where skin is involved. Removal of necrotic tissue in wound & proper dressings are essential.
Give rest to the part, take high protein nutritious diet.
It also needs antibiotic With anti inflammatory drugs. ( Amoxicillin-cloxacillin combination+ serratopeptidase with pain maneger like ( combiflam & Bidanzen forte), vitamin B complex & vitamin C supplements help.
Immuno compromised persons & Diabetics are prone for this condition,
Treatment of their basic condition is essential.
