Why Does My Daughter Complain Of Headaches And Fatigue?
Hello, My daughter got her CBC test results and has a low Hematocrit at 33.6 and a low Lymph at 12 Hemoglobin at 11.9 with a high Neutrophils at 78. She has been complaining of headaches and has been fatigued for years and has had previous anemia. We have a follow up appointment and I just want to know if I should be concerned? Thank You.

From the blood counts your daughter has anemia, low resistance power(low lymphocytes & some infection in her body( high nutrophils).
No wonder she is weak/fatigued.
She needs a detailed physical examination& investigations ( by an expert physician. this will locate site & type of infection she has.the specific treatment to remove infection along with life style changes & nutritional supplements to improve her general condition & resistance are needed.
