Fatigue, constant headaches

I m male, 19 years old I m 5 7 171Lbs . my first problem and most annoying to say the least is. Any time I m tired or for the first hour after waking up i have a terrible headache , this occurs most often everyday several times a day and I feel I m tired more often then i should be. My second issue is. I get bloated after drinking or eating just about anything including water and small portions and with the bloating comes heartburn .

hello, welcome to HCM. You bloating issues could be due to gastritis. You should avoid spicy food and take fresh fruits and vegetables. you can tab pantoprazole on empty stomach twice a day for five days. your issue on early morning tiredness could be due to several issues. it could be due to impaired thyroid levels or diabetes or could be due to gastritis as well. You should get your blood levels checked for the same. Wish you good health.

You probably are suffering from a complex of symptoms reflecting gastric trouble due to gastritis. You need to keep away from spicy, fatty food. Eat cool, semisolid, bland food for a while and see the difference. Drink plenty of water. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Exercise daily by brisk walking for 40 minutes a day. Reduce stress in daily life by doing Yoga, Pranayam. Get your blood sugar tested as high blood sugar will cause the similar picture in Diabetic state as well.

By the history provided by u are overweight, and ur BMI is 26. U need to reduce ur weight. Ur ideal wt should be between 63-66 kgs. Now coming to ur symptoms, these could be symptoms of obesity or any other metabolic disease. For this i would advise u to get ur haemogram and thyroid profile done. Along with all these i would suggest u to modify ur diet by consulting a dietician. And also include exercise in ur lifestyle.
