Why Does My Body Temperature Feel Hotter Than Normal?

Hi my name i am a 19 year college student who has been feeling like sometimes my body feels hot. This included my stomach, arms, face, and legs. I can t not tell if it is due to my thyroid because my mom has thyroid issues or if it is anxiety because it does seems to go away or lessen when i am calm and relaxed or maybe i just have never noticed it.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

Feeling hotter may be due to fever or hypermetabolic state in hyperhyroidism or pheochromocytoma or anxiety neurosis etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. please consult your physician get checked for thyroid status or blood pressure or rule out other Infection or connective tissue disorders etc. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
