Why Does Heart Race For No Reason With Shortness Of Breath? Why Dizziness?

So, I m 14 years old and just randomly during the day my heart will start beating very fast, and I find I have shortness of breath, and I need to keep taking deep breaths, even though nothing changes, sometimes, not all the time, during these episodes I get dizzy for a short period of time, up to 2 minutes, I have no idea what it is, any help is appreciated.

good evening. from what you describe it could be sudden increase of the heartbeats which at times causes less blood supply to the brain. since you are only 14, I had suggest you talk to your parents once and consult a cardiologist. he ll do the rest and we will be able to come to a conclusion.
