Why Does 1 Month Baby Cry In Night?

My little over a month old baby has been waking up crying, more like wineing because their are no tears. He does it at the same time every night, and I don't know whats wrong. I want to know if its normal. Also just starting last week he is now starting to cry while he is eating, and I want to know if it could be the milk Im feeding him. I give him enfamil for infants the liqid kind. He poops at least once to twice a day and he pees at least 7-8 times a day. He has alot of gas, it seems to hit him right after he eats.
